By accessing or using Vajby ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, guests, and registered members.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vajby. By entering the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data. Users who knowingly allow minors to access their account may be permanently banned.
Guest access is available without registration. Guest data (messages, DMs) is deleted when you close the tab. Registered accounts require a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not create accounts using automated means or impersonate other users.
The following are strictly prohibited on Vajby:
Violations may result in immediate permanent ban without notice.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Vajby a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and transmit that content as part of the service. You are solely responsible for content you submit. Vajby does not pre-screen user content but reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at its sole discretion.
Video streams in the public chat and Private Rooms are subject to these Terms. Vajby does not record video streams. You may not record, screenshot, or capture other users' video streams without their explicit consent. Sharing recorded video of another user without consent is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.
Tokens are a virtual in-platform currency with no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or any equivalent. Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Vajby reserves the right to modify token pricing, packages, and what tokens can be used for at any time.
The Vajby name, logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of Vajby. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vajby does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user-provided information, or the conduct of other users. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vajby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from user interactions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your profile data is removed; message content may remain in other users' chat history as anonymous text.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Vajby operates. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
